Feedback Form

Having completed the twelve missional community booklets, and in order to help improve this material, we are inviting missional community group leaders to send us their honest feedback. We are interested in knowing what parts of the material worked (and didn’t work), to what degree people understand the material, and what changes we might make. You don’t have to answer every question. Simply leave an answer whenever you feel you have something constructive to say. Our desire is to strengthen this discipleship material, and therefore we welcome both positive and negative feedback.
